Vendor Application

The Endcap Market and Studios is a thoughtfully designed, multi-level creative space featuring individual vendor booths, wholistic practitioner space, curated gallery areas, and private artist studios in a range of sizes. We also have art wall space for rent.

Vendors benefit from a centralized checkout system, allowing sales to be handled seamlessly without the need to staff booths full-time. The building spans three floors and includes a dedicated private parking lot, rear public parking, along with a private rear entrance for easy and convenient patron access.

Booth/studio pricing starts at $3.50 sf and $1.50 for art wall space. (This can include access to the shared event space) Rent will include access to use of our event/workshop areas. 

The space is fully equipped with heat, air conditioning, and security monitoring in the common areas. In addition to retail and studio space, The Endcap offers a large, flexible event area available for rentals, as well as dedicated space for hosting classes, workshops, and community programming.

Vendor and artist studio spaces are limited and offered at varying price points depending on size and location. Early inquiry is encouraged. Applicants are selected based on the quality, originality, and diversity of their work. Submission of an application does not guarantee placement.

Retail space payouts are processed through the centralized checkout system. While vendors are not required to be present in their booths daily, participation in the collective is part of the experience. Vendors are asked to contribute a small number of shifts to support the shared space and community.
