Terms & Conditions 

The Endcap Collective (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates a shared creative space that includes an art gallery, vendor areas, event space, and online sales. By visiting, purchasing from, renting space, or participating in events, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

General Use of the Space

All guests, vendors, and event participants are expected to:

  • Treat the space, staff, and others with respect

  • Follow all posted rules and staff instructions

  • Use the space in a lawful and appropriate manner

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove individuals from the premises at our discretion.

Purchases and Payments

  • All sales (in-person and online) are subject to applicable taxes

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase or booking

  • Refund and exchange policies will be posted separately where applicable

Vendor Participation

  • Vendors participating in The Endcap Collective agree to the following:

  • Vendors are responsible for their own inventory, displays, and materials

  • Vendors must maintain their space in a clean, safe, and professional manner

  • Vendors are responsible for setting and communicating their own pricing

  • The Endcap Collective reserves the right to remove items that are inappropriate, unsafe, or inconsistent with the space

Liability and Loss

  • The Endcap Collective and The Art of Life LLC are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, including vendor inventory or personal belongings

  • Vendors assume full responsibility for securing their merchandise and property

  • Customers are responsible for their personal belongings while on the premises

Security and Cameras

  • The building may include general security measures in shared areas

  • Vendors are responsible for implementing any additional security measures (including cameras) within their own designated spaces, if desired

  • Use of any recording devices must comply with applicable laws and respect the privacy of others

Event Space Use

  • For individuals or groups booking event space:

  • Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability

  • Event hosts are responsible for their guests’ behavior and any damages caused

  • The space must be left in the condition it was found unless otherwise agreed

  • Additional fees may apply for damages, excessive cleaning, or overtime use

Damage to Property

  • Any individual or vendor who causes damage to the space, equipment, or property will be held financially responsible for repair or replacement costs.

Online Sales

  • Product availability is subject to change

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Vendors may fulfill their own orders depending on the structure of the sale

Intellectual Property

  • All branding, content, and materials associated with The Endcap Collective and The Art of Life LLC may not be used or reproduced without permission.

Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the space or services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
