Group Meditation For Love & Kindness

Every second Sunday of the month, we will meet at the Endcap Market & Studio on the third floor in the Basquiat Event room for a Group Meditation and potluck. This is a donation based event to help cover overhead costs. Please bring your favorite dish for lunch to share in community.

Meet new people while we expand our energy and send love to those around us, the world, and the whole universe. Our reality can feel very dark at times, and if we can dedicate an hour and a half a month to help shift our perspectives, we can help those around us without even trying.

Here, we will practice mindfulness and loving kindness. A place to find forgiveness and strength. A place to release and expand.
